Girl and Dolls House 2
I love dolls’ houses. I find their echo of reality intriguing but slightly surreal. The child here arranges furniture and this gives her control over her world, but she is also arranging a doll, dressed like herself, into the house. The bright colours and lines round figures relate to the art of illustration in children’s books. |
